Do you know someone who would make an outstanding board member for the Ombudsman Program? We invite you to nominate community leaders, professionals, or advocates who are passionate about protecting the rights and dignity of seniors in long-term care facilities.

Nominations are a way to introduce us to strong potential board members. Submitting this form does not obligate the nominee — it simply helps us connect with them to share more information about board service. All nominations are handled confidentially.
